I have been using kneeling chairs for over 15 years working in an office. It really helps alertness of the mind and keeps my back straight. I continue to have a good back and coupled with yoga is a blessing for health for a lifetime. I think more people should try them out as it can help keep the spine straight and posture erect which helps tremendously towards good health.
